Really? No start up fee attached?

Nope! We dont charge anything else to get started with Apacta. We welcome you with open arms.

No hidden fees, are you sure?

Yup. NO hidden fees! We have nothing to hide and dont find it necessary to make our pricing model comlicated. The prices found here is the price you pay. We dont add startup costs nor onboarding that would cloud the price you end up with.

Is support free of charge?

Yes! Full support is included in the StarterBox. And you can call us as much as you need – we only want you to succeed. We will always help getting all your questions answered. Our Support-team is here for the same reason – and they are good! Just check our Trustpilot ratings… If you call us at a busy moment, we call you back.

No lock-in period either?

No. You only pay for the period you buy. We offer the possibility for monthly, quarterly and yearly payment. We dont commit you to pay for a longer period than what you choose. Our yearly plan of course is the most cost-effective. If you cancel your subscription, all future payments will be halted.

Is there any benefits from a yearly plan?

Yes. Most of our customers choose the yearly plan, as it is by far the most cost effective plan. It lessens the administrative burden of handling the subscription from both you and us.

What if we increase/decrease number of employees?

Our pricing is what we call ‘Fair price’. You will only pay for what you need. You can always add or deactivate employees user-accounts when needed. You only pay for active user-accounts. You can easily adapt to the current situation.

Will my price be adjusted if I add a user-account within a period?

Of course! You only pay for the timeperiod until your next renewal.

Is data kept secure?

Very much so! Our existence is based upon our customers faith in our data security. We use the best and fastest servers with backups. We even offer – as an extra layer of security – that we can integrate your DropBox account, so you always have your own backup of data. We do this Free of Charge. That also makes it easy for you, if you ever want to move on from Apacta. We want satisfied customers and wont make it troublesome to move on without us.

Can I get my data back, if I cancel subscription?

Of course. Its YOUR data. We wont commit you to our solution, so you could never use anything else. You can always download and extract the data from your active subscription. We can integrate your DropBox account, so you always have your own backup of data. We do this Free of Charge. Then you will always have your own backup up to date and can easily move along if you ever want to.

Can I cancel my subscription any time I want?

Absolutely. There is no reason to keep a dissatisfied customer. So there is no hassle what so ever if you cancel your subscription. If you decide to move on we cancel the subscription with no further payments. And we wish you all the best on your future endeavors.

Money back?

No, but you will never pay for more than what you order, and at the end of the day we consider our pricing very fair. If you have prepaid for a user-account you no longer need, we will credit the amount on the next renewal or creation of new user accounts, so nothing will be lost.
